HOW WE WORK
We provide a personalised service to brides and grooms, which will either be conducted via phone or in person, depending on your availability and schedules. Our personal consultation is complimentary, generally lasts for one hour and will be undertaken in our shop in Shellharbour City.
At our initial consultation we discuss your floral vision, requirements and budget and offer our creative input, if wished. This is also your opportunity to provide us with any samples of imagery, fabric, magazine snippets, colour schemes, and such, to help us understand how you envision your wedding flowers. The more samples and information you provide, the better we can ensure that our creative arrangements are a focal point of your wedding day. Please note that we do not substitute any wedding flowers in your order unless absolutely necessary, and we will not do so without your approval.
If you require more advice and creative input, our qualified and experienced floral designers will be happy to offer their guidance and creativity to materialise any specific requests you may have in mind.
We accept cash, checks and credit card payments for payment.
