If you are not completely satisfied with your flowers, please contact us within 24 hours and we will replace them for you as part of our return policy.
Please note, in order for our return policy to take effect we require you to:
- Follow care instructions (such as properly watering flowers or plants)
- Provide us with a receipt
- Contact us within 24 hours after purchase
If we are unable to provide your flowers or accommodate your delivery request, we will contact you to advise of this and re-schedule the order, if possible.
